Survivor Golf – Cobram Barooga Competition
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Survivor Golf Series Pty Ltd (ABN 41 652 542 446) (“Survivor Golf” or “Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion closes at 11:59pm AEST on 3 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter who are directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
No purchase is required to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must comment on the designated Survivor Golf competition post in 25 words or fewer, explaining why they and their playing partner should play at Survivor Golf – Cobram Barooga.
Entrants may choose to tag their intended playing partner; however, tagging another person is not a requirement of entry and does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Following accounts, liking the post, sharing the post or sharing it to a Story is not required to enter and will not provide any advantage in judging.
Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period.
5. Judging
This promotion is a game of skill and not a game of chance.
Eligible entries will be assessed based on:
- Creativity;
- Originality; and
- Connection to the Survivor Golf experience.
Survivor Golf Ambassador Grace will select her favourite eligible response against these criteria.
Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and the selected entry is final, subject to applicable law.
6. Prize
The winner will receive:
One (1) player entry to Survivor Golf – Cobram Barooga on Sunday, 13 December 2026, valued at $225.
Survivor Golf is a two-person Ambrose event. The prize covers the entry fee for one player only.
The winner’s playing partner will be required to purchase their own entry, currently valued at $225, in order for the team to participate.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, transport, meals outside those included with the event entry, insurance or other personal expenses.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Notification
The winning entrant will be selected following the close of the promotion and will be contacted on 4 October 2026 by the official Survivor Golf account.
Survivor Golf may also publicly announce the winning entry through its social media channels.
Entrants should be aware of impersonation or scam accounts. Survivor Golf will not request banking passwords, credit card details or payment in order for the winner to claim the prize.
8. Ambassador Disclosure
Grace is a Survivor Golf Ambassador and is participating in promotional content associated with this competition.
Where required, promotional content involving Grace will include an appropriate advertising disclosure, such as #ad or the relevant platform’s paid partnership disclosure.
9. Content and Conduct
Entries must not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.
Entrants must only submit content they have the right to publish.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or exclude entries that breach these Terms & Conditions or applicable platform rules.
10. Use of Entries
By entering, participants acknowledge that their publicly submitted comment may be visible to other users and may be referenced, reposted or shared by Survivor Golf in connection with the promotion, subject to applicable law and platform functionality.
11. Event Changes
The prize is subject to the event proceeding as scheduled.
If circumstances outside Survivor Golf’s reasonable control result in the event being postponed, relocated or materially changed, Survivor Golf may make reasonable changes to the prize arrangements subject to applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Survivor Golf’s applicable privacy practices and Australian privacy laws.
13. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is administered by Survivor Golf.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook/Meta.
By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Facebook/Meta from any responsibility or liability associated with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Survivor Golf and not to Instagram or Facebook/Meta.
14. General
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Survivor Golf reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of entries and entrants.
To the extent permitted by law, Survivor Golf is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or unable to be submitted due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
