Round 2 of the Drummond Golf Survivor Series was played at the magnificent Eastern Golf Club and proudly presented by Fleet Plant Hire.
With heatwave conditions of 39 degrees and threats of lightning, it didn’t stop an energetic field shooting fantastic scores in the tough conditions and after 18 holes, we had three teams equal on nett 12 under.

It took 3 play off holes in front of an enthusiastic crowd of spectators, but it was Team Fleet Plant Hire 5 that reigned supreme with Blake McRedmond and Daniel Kamphuis playing impressive golf to be declared the outright winners booking themselves a spot in the Port Douglas grand final in December.
A huge thanks to The Eastern Golf Club who rolled out the red carpet for the Survivor Golf competitors and keeping the drinks cart charing all day in the hot conditions.
A special mention to Adidas Golf, TaylorMade and Drummond Golf who all had representatives playing in the event and some low scores posted.

With no time to rest, the Drummond Golf Survivor Series heads to Clifton Springs in just a week’s time for the second event of the Victorian leg at a sold out Clifton Springs on Friday 24th Feb!
