Team X-Golf 3 are going to Port Douglas!

August 6, 2023

Round 22 of the Drummond Golf Survivor Golf Series was held at Melbourne Airport Golf Club and proudly supported by X-Golf Australia. A few dusty heads from the previous night were treated with bacon and eggs rolls on arrival.

A chilly morning saw a sensational start on the first hole with many players producing exceptional drives in front of a crowd of spectators and music from the DJ. Players were treated to some spectacular views of huge aircraft flying overhead as they navigated the golf course.

There was one team that played outstanding golf, Oliver Nelson and Jackson Brazier from X-Golf 3.

They hit four birdies in a row to take the lead. They even holed out of the bunker on the 10th hole. Overall, they hit nine birdies and an eagle and finished the round with 11 under. These boys played some exceptional golf and were runaway winners on the day.

The lads from NSW and South Aus will now be flown to Port Douglas in December to play in the Survivor Golf Grand Final at Palmer Sea Reef in December!
